The Rising exists to establish families for abused, and sometimes trafficked boys and girls that are institutionalized in Costa Rica. Even the best programs are programs. God’s design is families! He creates and places, children in families. Here’s the plan and hopefully where you come into the picture:

1st) We purchase property. We need your help with this, and by help I mean more than just money.

2nd) We begin developing the property into a small community of homes. We need your help with this too.

3rd) We recruit and employ married Christian couples to live in the homes and raise the children according to God‘s design.

Don’t forget what the Lord told Abraham… “Is anything too hard for the Lord”?
